Get ’Em While They’re Young
The Hamilton Chamber of Commerce has created a young entrepreneurs group to help foster growth and encourage creative innovation in the city by acting as a resource for young, current and next-generation talent.
Using technology to link young entrepreneurs across the city, the program will take advantage of Chamber resources, while encouraging entrepreneurs to work collaboratively with community partners.
“Our goal is to bring fresh perspectives to the table while learning from the experienced and collective knowledge of the Chamber as a whole,” notes Cameron Dyck, chair of the Young Entrepreneurs group.
Chamber president Ruth Liebersbach is also enthusiastic about the program. “We are very encouraged to have a group of talented, passionate and dedicated young people that we can bounce our ideas across, review our policies with and generally ensure that we are planning for a business community that is sustainable in the long term.”
The group meets the third Wednesday of each month at 8:00 a.m. at The Hamilton Chamber Of Commerce.
